Brückenwelten is a format enabled by software. Before your event, you select 1-4 focus areas that frame the conversations - from classic networking to peer consulting. This creates a tailored format that fits your specific context.

During the Event

Participants simply scan the QR code - no app installation required.

The AI Consultation Process

In a guided consultation, the AI helps participants move from vague interests to a concrete topic for exchange. First through open-ended chat with systemic, reflective questions. Then by distilling insights into a structured profile: intention, title, tags, and room preferences. This way, the subsequent conversations start at a level that unmoderated exchange would only reach after a long warm-up - if at all.

Participants choose an AI character with its own style: from a professional networking coach to a chaotic demoness.

Topic Landscape & Group Formation

The structured profiles come together to form a topic landscape - an overview of all interests and needs in the room. It makes invisible expertise visible at a glance and has standalone value even before the conversations begin.

Crucially: the AI does not form the groups. Participants see the topic landscape and decide for themselves which topic to join - informed, self-organized, on equal footing.

Phase 3

After the Event: See the Impact

The event doesn't just end - it is consciously closed. Participants receive a personal recap: which topic was explored, what insights emerged, which connections were made. As an organizer, you get an overview of the entire event: which topics had the most energy and which patterns became visible.
